Submission and leave application dated 11.03.2026 of Shri. Biju. R, serving as Office Attendant (Grade 1). 2. Certificate dated 26.05.2026 from the Thiruvananthapuram District Lottery Officer. 3. Letter No. SLTY/1851/2026-E4 dated 10/06/2026 from the Director of State Lotteries. Order Shri. Biju. R (Pen: 752933), serving as Office Attendant (Grade 1) at the Thiruvananthapuram District Lottery Office under the State Lotteries Department, had gone on leave from 19/02/2026 AN to 28/02/2026 AN following a road accident that occurred on 19/02/2026 while returning to the office after lunch. He rejoined duty on 01/03/2026 and submitted a leave application, medical records, and a doctor's certificate as per reference (1) to request special disability leave. 2. The accident occurred while he was on his way to the office for official duties. The Thiruvananthapuram District Lottery Officer, who is his controlling authority, certified this as per reference (2). Based on this, the Director of State Lotteries recommended granting special disability leave to Shri. Biju. R (Pen: 752933) from 19/02/2026 AN to 28/02/2026 AN as per reference (3). 3. The Government examined the matter in detail. The Government hereby issues an order granting special disability leave to Biju. R (Pen: 752933), Office Attendant (Grade-1) in the State Lotteries Department, from 19/02/2026 AN to 28/02/2026 AN as per Rule 98 of Part I of KSR.
