Judgment of the Hon'ble Sub Court, Thiruvananthapuram dated 29.06.2024 in LAR 788/2008. 3. Report of the District Collector, Thiruvananthapuram No. DC TVF/15821/2025-K15 dated 25.03.2026. 4. Letter of the Secretary, Thiruvananthapuram Development Authority No. A3/2875/2025/TDA dated 04.05.2026. Order The Secretary, Thiruvananthapuram Development Authority, as per reference 4, has requested to take steps to allocate the balance compensation amount of Rs. 10,13,193/- (Rupees Ten Lakh Thirteen Thousand One Hundred and Ninety-Three only) due until 31/08/2026 in LAR Case No. 788/2008 related to the Kowdiar-Vazhayila road development. 2. The Government has examined the matter in detail. Administrative sanction is hereby accorded for the payment of the balance amount of Rs. 10,13,193/- (Rupees Ten Lakh Thirteen Thousand One Hundred and Ninety-Three only) due until 31/08/2026 in LAR Case No. 788/2008, related to the acquisition of 0.14 Ares of land in Survey No. 127/15 (Block II) of Peroorkada Village, Thiruvananthapuram Taluk, for the Kowdiar-Vazhayila road development, to the party in the case, Smt.
