G.O.(Rt)No.1114/2026/H&FWD Dated, Thiruvananthapuram, 15-03-2026. Read 1. G.O.(Ms) No.134/2024/H&FWD dated 01.07.2024. 2. G.O(Ms)No.171/2025/H&FWD dated 10.06.2025. 3. Letter No. DHS/28522/2025/PLA3 dated 21.02.2026 from the Director of Health Services. 4. Letter No. HITES/H&FWD/KIIFB/IOT-Dermatology/2025-26/2638 dated 13.03.2026 from the Associate Vice President(ID)&RH(TVPM), HITES. ORDER: As per the Government Order read as 1st paper above, Administrative Sanction was accorded for the setting up of Institute of Organ and Tissue Transplant, Kozhikode at an estimated cost of ₹558.68 crore by using KIIFB fund with HITES as the SPV. Later Administrative Sanction issued was revised to an amount of ₹ 643.88 crores vide Government Order read as 2nd paper above. However, since the 2021 DSoR came into effect in April 2025, it has become necessary to revise the estimate. The Vice President, HITES as per the letter dated 13.03.2026, read as 4th paper above, has requested to issue revised Administrative Sanction for the above works. 2) Government have examined the matter in detail and are pleased to accord Revised Administrative Sanction for an amount of ₹ 34,91,17,743/-(Rupees Thirty Four Crore Ninety One Lakh Seventeen Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty Three only) for construction of Dermatology Hospital and its allied facilities at Chevayur, Kozhikkode, in connection with the setting up of Institute of Organ and Tissue Transplant and thereby revising the administrative sanction of the whole works sanctioned vide Government Order read as 2nd paper above to an amount of ₹651.45 crore (Rupees Six Hundred and Fifty One Crores and Forty Five Lakhs Only).
