Abstract

Order
Permission was granted to the Director of State Lotteries as per reference (1) order to renew the rent agreement of the FC-2 building at the Thampanoor Kerala State Road Transport Corporation Bus Terminal, under the Kerala Transport Development Finance Corporation, where the Thiruvananthapuram District Lottery Office under the State Lotteries Department functions, for 360 days from 24.02.2025 to 18.02.2026 at the rate of ₹1,68,780/- (Rupees one lakh sixty-eight thousand seven hundred and eighty only) (Rent ₹1,30,031/- per month + 10% Common area charge + 18% GST).
2. As the term of the said rent agreement expired on 18.02.2026, the Director of State Lotteries had requested as per reference (2) to grant permission to renew the rent agreement for 360 days from 19.02.2026 to 13.02.2027 at the existing rate [₹1,68,780/- (Rent ₹1,30,031/- per month + 10% Common area charge + 18% GST)].
3. The Government examined the matter in detail. Based on the recommendation of the Director of State Lotteries, the Government hereby issues an order granting permission to the Director of State Lotteries to renew the rent agreement of the FC-2 building at the Thampanoor Kerala State Road Transport Corporation Bus Terminal, under the Kerala Transport Development Finance Corporation, where the Thiruvananthapuram District Lottery Office functions, for 360 days from 19.02.2026 to 13.02.2027 at the existing rate [₹1,68,780/- (Rupees one lakh sixty-eight thousand seven hundred and eighty only) (Rent ₹1,30,031/- per month + 10% Common area charge + 18% GST)].
