Letter No. AHD/3745/2026-N1 dated 29-05-2026 from the Director, Animal Husbandry Department. 3. Finance Department GO (Rt) No.4978/2026/Fin dated: 15/06/2026. Order For the financial year 2026-27, under the Integrated Sample Survey other components (TA/DA, IT, Training) (KL-327 100% CSS), the Central Government had sanctioned the first installment of ₹84,000/- (Eighty-four thousand only) through PFMS SPARSH as per reference (1). However, since the amount was not allocated in the budget under the head 2403-00-113-91-00 PV for the 100% Centrally Sponsored Scheme, the Director of Animal Husbandry Department had submitted a proposal as per reference (2) requesting to make the ₹84,000/- provided by the Central Government available through Additional Authorization under the head 2403-00-113-91-00 PV. 3. The Government examined the matter in detail. In the circumstances where the amount of ₹84,000/- (Eighty-four thousand only) provided by the Central Government for the 2026-27 financial year Integrated Sample Survey other components (TA/DA, IT, Training) 100% CSS project has been sanctioned through Additional Authorization as per reference (3) due to lack of budget allocation under the head 2403-00-113-91-00 PV, orders are issued granting permission to release the said amount, subject to the conditions in the said order.
