Order The following appointments are made in the personal staff of the Minister for Electricity, Environment and Parliamentary Affairs. a). The post of Binoy Mathew (PEN:100887, Deputy Secretary to Government, General Administration Department, Government Secretariat, Thiruvananthapuram), who was appointed as Assistant Private Secretary in the personal staff of the Minister for Electricity, Environment and Parliamentary Affairs as per the referred Government order, is re-designated as Additional Private Secretary. b). Sri. Shaji P. C. (Pallurathil, Vattyamthode, Vayathur, Kannur -670705) is appointed as Assistant Private Secretary in the personal staff of the Minister for Electricity, Environment and Parliamentary Affairs with immediate effect.
