Order
Orders are issued creating temporary posts on a co-terminus basis for the 6 members appointed to the personal staff of the Minister for Public Works as per reference (1), as detailed below:
1. Shri. H. Najeeb - Additional Private Secretary - Other service - Salary of parent department - 30/05/2026
2. Shri. Iqbal P.A. - Additional Private Secretary - Other service - Salary of parent department - 22/05/2026
3. Shri. Shaji A. - Additional Private Secretary - Other service - Salary of parent department - 18/06/2026
4. Shri. Saidu Mohammed K.A. - Additional Personal Assistant - Personal staff re-appointment - 50200-105300 - 18/05/2026
5. Shri. Saifudeen C. - Chauffeur - Direct recruitment - 35600-75400 - 18/05/2026
6. Shri. Anees T.P. - Chauffeur - Direct recruitment - 35600-75400 - 18/05/2026
2) Since Shri. Saidu Mohammed K.A. (Sl. No. 4) has not commuted his pension, the basic salary and other allowances of the post currently appointed in the personal staff are sanctioned. Personal staff pension should be suspended during the period he serves on the personal staff.
3) Orders are issued amending the address of Additional Personal Assistant Sri. SAIDU MOHAMMED K.A. (Sl. No. 4 in ref 1) from CHIMPU P.O to CHEMPU P.O and the name of Sri. Aneesh T.P. (Sl. No. 6) to Sri. Anees T.P. With these amendments, the government order in reference (1) remains in force.
