AYUSH (A) Department. G.O.(Rt) No.363/2026/AYUSH dated Thiruvananthapuram, 20-07-2026. References: 1. Government Order G.O.(P) No.36/91/P&ARD dated 02.12.1991. 2. Letter No. DISM/2688/2025-E2 dated 31.01.2026 from the Director of Indian Systems of Medicine. 3. Letter No. DCKNR/2826/2026-H3 dated 18.03.2026 from the District Collector, Kannur. Order: The Director of Indian Systems of Medicine, vide reference (2), had submitted the application of Smt. Sruthi P.P., working as Pharmacist Grade-2 at Erimayur Government Ayurveda Dispensary, Palakkad, for inter-district transfer to Kasaragod district with a recommendation to relax existing rules. It was reported that her elder sister, Reshmi P.P., is autistic, her younger brother, Adarsh P.P., is a kidney transplant recipient, and her 76-year-old father requires care, and that a vacancy exists in Kasaragod district. 2. Although Smt. Sruthi P.P. joined service on 09.11.2023 and has not completed 5 years of service in the district, and despite the existence of applications from senior employees, the Government, considering the compassionate circumstances, decided to treat this as a special case and grant the transfer as recommended by the Director. 3.
