Abstract
Labour and Skills Department - Insurance Medical Services - Permission granted for the shooting of the film "With Love Aunty" directed by Mr. Ratheesh Mangalath under the banner of The Great Indian Movies at the premises of ESI Hospital, Vadavathur - Orders issued.

Reference:- 1) Application dated 14.08.2026 submitted by Mr. Pramod Devanand, Production Controller.
2) Letter No. B4-2992/2026/DIMS dated 14.08.2026 from the Director of Insurance Medical Services.
Order
Mr. Pramod Devanand, Production Controller, had submitted an application as per reference (1) requesting permission to use the front, back, and surrounding areas of the ESI Hospital, Vadavathur, for the shooting of the film "With Love Aunty" directed by Mr. Ratheesh Mangalath under the banner of The Great Indian Movies on 14.08.2026, 15.08.2026, and 16.08.2026. The Director of Insurance Medical Services, as per reference (2), has recommended granting permission for the shooting at the ESI Hospital, Vadavathur.
2) The Government has examined the matter. The Government hereby issues orders granting permission to the Director of Insurance Medical Services to allow the shooting of the film "With Love Aunty" directed by Mr. Ratheesh Mangalath under the banner of The Great Indian Movies at the ESI Hospital, Vadavathur, on 14.08.2026, 15.08.2026, and 16.08.2026, by collecting a rent of ₹10,000/- per day and an advance of ₹10,000/-, subject to the following conditions:
(i) Hospital operations should not be disrupted, and no inconvenience should be caused to patients or staff.
(ii) No damage should be caused to the hospital building, premises, or equipment. Compensation will be charged for any damages caused to the hospital building, its premises, or equipment.
(iii) The schedule of the shooting must be informed to the Hospital Superintendent in advance, and the schedule must be strictly followed.
(iv) In any situation, the decision of the Hospital Superintendent will be final.
