Government of Kerala Abstract Local Self Government Department - Administrative sanction is issued for the payment of the balance court award amount in LAR case number 380/2008 related to the land acquisition for the development of Bakery - Palayam Airport road as part of the Capital City Development Project. Local Self Government (RE) Department G.O.(Rt) No.1494/2026/LSGD Dated, Thiruvananthapuram, 11-08-2026 Reference:- 1. G.O(P)No. 32/2019/Fin dated 18.03.2019. 2. G.O(Rt)No.4854/2025/Fin dated 31/05/2025 3. G.O(Rt)No.1559/2025/LSGD dated 23/06/2025. 4. Letters No. A3/2846/2010/TRIDA dated 23.10.2025 and 22.02.2026 from the Secretary, Thiruvananthapuram Development Authority. Order As part of the Capital City Development Project, for the land acquisition for the development of the Bakery - Palayam Airport road, an order was issued granting permission to the Principal Director to release the balance amount of Rs. 91,810/- in LAR case 380/2008 to the District Collector, Thiruvananthapuram, for payment to the parties in the case, Smt. Rajamma and Smt. Anitha, as per reference 3. The TRIDA Secretary, as per reference 4, requested to sanction the balance award amount of Rs. 3,957/- (Rupees Three Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Seven only) along with the details of the deposit made in the Hon'ble Court. 2. Since the parties are entitled to interest until the amount is deposited in the Hon'ble Court in LAR cases, and since the balance award amount in LAR 380/2008 has been sanctioned as per reference 2, administrative sanction is hereby accorded for the payment of the remaining balance amount of Rs. 3,957/- (Rupees Three Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Seven only) in LAR case 380/2008 related to the acquisition of 0.66 Ares of land in Survey No. 2938/5-1 in Vanchiyoor village for the development of the Bakery - Palayam Airport road, to the parties Smt.
