Order
Based on the recommendation of the Excise Commissioner in reference (2), and subject to the condition that there is no entitlement to arrears of salary and allowances as per Kerala Service Rules Part 1 Rule 23(c), the Government hereby grants notional promotion to Shri. V. Rajendran to the post of Joint Excise Commissioner with effect from 06.06.2023, the date on which his immediate junior, Shri. Unnikrishnan Nair S, received promotion to the same post, based on the select list published as per the Government order in reference (1).
