LABOUR AND SKILLS (PS) DEPARTMENT G.O.(Rt)No.719/2026/LBR Dated, Thiruvananthapuram, 25-06-2026 Read: Letter No. GENL-3/133/2025-P&ARD-Part(2) dated 12/06/2026 from Personnel and Administrative Reforms (General) Department. ORDER As per the letter read above, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (General) Department has instructed that each Department shall nominate a senior-level Nodal Officer for coordination with the Law Department, Advocate General/Standing Counsel, State Legal Services Authority and other concerned agencies regarding the facilitation of amicable settlement of suitable cases pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. In the above circumstances, the following officer is appointed as the Nodal Officer for SAMADHAN SAMAROH (Supreme Court Action for Mediated Adjudication and Disputes Harmonization Across Nation) in Labour & Skills Department.
