Application dated 19.11.2025 submitted by the Managing Trustee, Moulana Charitable Trust. 3. Inspection report enclosed with the letter dated 29.04.2026 of the Registrar, Kerala Nurses & Midwives Council. 4. Affidavit dated 14.05.2026 submitted by the Managing Trustee, Moulana Charitable Trust. Order: The Managing Trustee of Moulana Charitable Trust had submitted an application as per reference (2) requesting an NOC to start a General Nursing & Midwifery course at the College of Nursing, Moulana Hospital, Angadipuram, Malappuram district, with Moulana Hospital as the parent hospital. The inspection report submitted by the Registrar of the Kerala Nurses & Midwives Council as per reference (3) confirms that the necessary physical and clinical facilities as per Indian Nursing Council standards are available. The applicant has submitted an affidavit agreeing to follow the guidelines issued by the Government regarding 'Admission Criteria' and 'Fee Structure' for private self-financing nursing schools. 2. The Government examined the matter in detail. Based on the recommendation of the Kerala Nurses & Midwives Council and the facts in the inspection report, the Government hereby issues an NOC for starting the General Nursing & Midwifery course at the College of Nursing, Moulana Hospital, Angadipuram, Malappuram district, with Moulana Hospital as the parent hospital, with an intake capacity of 40 students, effective from the 2026-27 academic year, subject to the following conditions: I. The institution must strictly follow the guidelines issued by the Government/Kerala Nurses & Midwives Council regarding 'Admission Criteria' and 'Fee Structure' for private self-financing nursing schools. II. GNM seats will be subject to the equal division of Government Merit/Management seats. Admissions to Government merit seats will be under full Government control. III. The institution is bound to strictly follow the regulations issued by the Indian Nursing Council from time to time regarding the standards to be maintained in the GNM nursing school. IV. The institution must strictly follow the conditions in the Government order (1) and the guidelines/orders/regulations issued by the Government of Kerala/State Nursing Council from time to time regarding the recognition of nursing schools. V. The course can be started only after obtaining the recognition of the Kerala State Nursing Council and the Indian Nursing Council Suitability Certificate and Letter of Permission as per the conditions in Government order (1). VI. An affidavit as per G.O.(Rt) No. 126/2025/H&FWD dated 28.04.2025 must be submitted along with the application for Letter of Permission.
