Government of Kerala, Water Resources (IR) Department, G.O.(Ms) No. 34/2026/WRD, Thiruvananthapuram, 15-03-2026. Order: The Government grants permission to the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) to excavate dredged material from Muthalapozhy. This must be used exclusively for NH-66 development works. Condition (iii) of G.O.(Ms) No. 28/2025/WRD dated 21.04.2025 is exempted for this purpose. Other conditions remain unchanged.
