Government of Kerala, Abstract: Local Self Government Department - Personnel Matters - Shri. Manikandan C. (PEN-578561), Assistant Director/Internal Vigilance Officer - Declaration of completion of probation - Orders issued. Local Self Government (EPB) Department, G.O.(Rt) No. 1186/2026/LSGD, Dated, Thiruvananthapuram, 25-06-2026. References: 1. G.O.(Rt) No. 830/2025/LSGD dated 27.03.2025. 2. Letter No. LSGD/PD/239/2026-DEH2 dated 07.05.2026 from the Principal Director, Local Self Government Department. Order: The proposal for declaring the completion of probation of Shri. Manikandan C., who was appointed as Assistant Director/Internal Vigilance Officer in the Local Self Government Department as per reference (1), was submitted to the Government by the Principal Director, Local Self Government Department as per reference (2). The Principal Director recommended that since he joined the post of Internal Vigilance Officer on the forenoon of 03.04.2025 and completed the probation period on 02.10.2025 after fulfilling all criteria, his probation may be declared as completed with effect from 03.10.2025. 2) The Government examined the matter. Considering the recommendation of the Principal Director, Local Self Government Department, it is hereby ordered that the probation of Shri. Manikandan C. (PEN-578561), who joined as Assistant Director/Internal Vigilance Officer in the Local Self Government Department on 03.04.2025, is declared to have been satisfactorily completed with effect from 03.10.2025, subject to the provisions of K.S.& S.S.R, Part 2, Rule 20(b).
