Proceedings No. DICPKD/10589/2019-E1 dated 27/05/2025 of the General Manager, District Industries Centre, Palakkad. 2. Leave application dated 22/04/2025 of Shri. M. Rajagopalan. 3. Letters No. DIC/2463/2025-EC4 dated 10/09/2025, 25/03/2026, 06/06/2026 of the Director of Industries and Commerce. Order Shri. Rajagopalan. M, Industries Development Officer, Chittur Block, under the Chittur Taluk Industries Office, District Industries Centre, Palakkad, in the Industries and Commerce Department, had been granted 124 days of Earned Leave from 02.06.2025 to 03.10.2025 and 70 days of Commuted Leave from 04.10.2025 to 12.12.2025 as per reference (1). The Director of Industries and Commerce has recommended, as per reference (3), the application of Shri. Rajagopalan. M (reference 2) for Leave Without Allowance for 353 days from 13.12.2025 to 30.11.2026, supported by a medical certificate. 2. The Government examined the matter in detail. Sanction is hereby accorded to grant Leave Without Allowance to Shri. Rajagopalan. M, Industries Development Officer, Chittur Block, Chittur Taluk Industries Office, District Industries Centre, Palakkad, under the Industries and Commerce Department, for 353 days from 13.12.2025 to 30.11.2026, supported by a medical certificate, considering his health issues, under Rule 88, Part I, K.S.R., on the condition that the leave period shall not be counted for Earned Leave.
