Summary: Labour and Skills Department - Insurance Medical Services - Leave without allowance granted to Assistant Insurance Medical Officer Dr. Vinayak E.K. for study purposes, subject to the provisions of KSR Part I, Appendix XII B - Order issued. Labour and Skills (F) Department. G.O.(Rt) No. 699/2026/LBR dated Thiruvananthapuram, 19-06-2026. Reference: 1) Leave application submitted by Assistant Insurance Medical Officer Dr. Vinayak E.K. on 12.09.2025. 2) Letter No. E1-1141/2026/DIMS dated 31.03.2026 from the Director of Insurance Medical Services. Order: Dr. Vinayak E.K. (PEN 1016833), who joined service as Assistant Insurance Medical Officer in the Insurance Medical Services Department on 12.09.2025, had requested leave without allowance for study purposes from 13.09.2025 to 01.01.2028 to pursue a DVL course at Thrissur Govt. Medical College, as per reference (1). The said application, along with recommendations, was submitted to the Government by the Director of Insurance Medical Services as per reference (2). 2) The Government examined the matter in detail. The Government hereby grants leave without allowance to Dr. Vinayak E.K., Assistant Insurance Medical Officer, Insurance Medical Services Department, for study purposes from 13.09.2025 to 01.01.2028, subject to the provisions of KSR Part I, Appendix XII-B.
