Government of Kerala, Revenue Department - Permission is granted to assign 0.0243 hectares (6 cents) of land in Survey No. 269/14 part in Bedadukka Village, Kasaragod Taluk, Kasaragod District, to Shri Ratheesh, who is 60% disabled due to cerebral palsy, for the purpose of constructing a house. Considering the humanitarian grounds and exercising the special powers vested in the Government under Rule 24 of the Kerala Land Assignment Rules, 1964, this is treated as a special case and permission is granted to assign the land in the names of him and his mother, Kausalya.
