Land Revenue Commissioner's letter No. LR/11760/2024-LR(K2) dated 12.05.2026 Order Based on the report of the Land Revenue Commissioner in reference (3), the proceedings of the Palakkad District Collector in reference (2), which transferred the land use permission of 0.3440 hectares of land in Block 46, Re-Survey No. 212/9 of Malampuzha Village, Palakkad District, under the control of the Revenue Department, to the Local Self Government Department for the establishment of a waste treatment plant for Perumatty Panchayat, while retaining ownership with the Revenue Department and subject to land transfer conditions, are hereby ratified.
