Summary: Revenue Department - Based on the No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the Water Resources Department for granting title deeds (Pattayam) to occupants of KIP canal puramboke land in Punalur, Pathanapuram, Kottarakkara taluks of Kollam district and Adoor taluk of Pathanamthitta district, the government hereby issues orders to reclassify the land (which is not forest land as per revenue records) from puramboke to waste land (tharishu) and sets the criteria for granting title deeds to the occupants of said land.
