GOVERNMENT OF KERALA Abstract Water Resources Department- DRIP Phase II - 6th Technical Committee- Participation of officials from Irrigation Department- Sanction accorded- Orders issued. WATER RESOURCES (ISWC) DEPARTMENT G.O.(Rt)No.505/2026/WRD Dated, Thiruvananthapuram, 24-06-2026 Read 1 Letter No. CEIDRB/399/2024-DS-AD2 dated 16/06/2026 from the Chief Engineer, Investigation & Design, IDRB. ORDER 1. As per the letter read above, the Chief Engineer, Investigation & Design (IDRB) has informed that the 6th Technical Committee Meeting of DRIP Phase II is scheduled to be held on 23.06.2026 at the World Bank Office, HT Building, KG Marg, New Delhi and the World Bank is proposing to conduct the DRIP Implementation Support Mission during 24th to 25th June 2026, at the same venue. The Chief Engineer has nominated Smt. Sreedevi P, Chief Engineer (In Charge), Irrigation & Administration, and Smt. Jyothilekshmi S, Director, IDRB, to attend the above said meetings and also requested to accord sanction for the journey from Thiruvananthapuram to New Delhi on 22.06.2026 and back. 2. Government have examined the matter in detail and are pleased to accord sanction to Smt. Sreedevi P, Chief Engineer (In Charge), Irrigation & Administration, and Smt. Jyothilekshmi S, Director, IDRB, to attend the 6th Technical Committee Meeting of DRIP Phase II scheduled on 23/06/2026 at World Bank Office, HT Building, KG Marg, New Delhi, followed by DRIP Implementation Support Mission, scheduled on 24/06/2026 to 25/06/2026 at the same venue. 3. Sanction is also accorded for the journey of above officials from Thiruvananthapuram to New Delhi on 22.06.2026 and back under the eligible class of travel. The expenditure towards travel and related expenses shall be met from the Head of Account “4701-80-800-70-EAP-DRIP Phase II” under Component IV – Project Management.
