Government of Kerala. Summary. Finance Department - Regarding the implementation of the Kerala Government Integrated Financial Management System (IFA) - Order issued. Finance (A-B) Department. No. (PD) No. 73/2026/Fin. Date, Thiruvananthapuram, 18.06.2026. Order. As per Rules 10 and 38 of the Kerala Government Rules of Business, it has been decided to implement the Integrated Financial Management System (IFA) for government financial matters at the All-India level. As per this rule, the following matters are being implemented. (1) The Finance Department grants special permission for matters existing under the administrative department or newly initiated. (2) In accordance with the instructions, government departments must make necessary changes at the administrative level. (3) To make operations efficient, implementing IFA makes financial matters transparent. The government has decided to make financial matters transparent by implementing IFA.
