Manoj, Senior Geologist - Held additional charge of Kollam District Geologist post - Charge allowance sanctioned - Orders issued. Industries (A) Department. G.O.(Rt) No.1152/2026/ID dated, Thiruvananthapuram, 28-09-2026. Reference: 1. G.O.(P) No. 88/2017/Fin dated 11/07/2017. 2. G.O.(Rt) No. 15/2023/Ind dated 08/01/2023. 3. Letter No. 1960/2023/E1 dated 02/08/2023 from the Director of Mining & Geology. Order: Smt. Similorani, who was the Kollam District Geologist, was suspended and Shri. A. K. Manoj, who was the Alappuzha District Geologist, was given additional charge of the Kollam District Office. The Director of Mining & Geology has recommended as per reference (3) to grant charge allowance to Senior Geologist Shri. A. K. Manoj, who held the additional charge of the said post from 12-01-2023 to 02/06/2023. 2. The Government examined the matter in detail. In the circumstances where Smt. Similorani, who was the Kollam District Geologist, was suspended, sanction is accorded to grant charge allowance to Senior Geologist Shri. A. K. Manoj, who held the additional charge of District Geologist in the said office, at the rate of 4% of the minimum of the pay scale of the additional post for a period of three months from 12/01/2023, as per KSR Part 1 Rules 53 (b) (2) (as amended vide G.O(P) No. 88/2017/Fin dated 11/07/2017) 53 A (II) (b), 53(c).
