Government of Kerala, Abstract: Revenue Department - Special Tahsildar (LA) Railway Kayamkulam unit - 15 posts - Extension of tenure granted from 01/04/2026 to 30/11/2026 - Orders issued. Revenue (B) Department, G.O.(Rt) No. 208/2026/Rev, Date, Thiruvananthapuram, 10-07-2026. References: 1. G.O.(P) No. 442/2012/Fin, dated 08-08-2012. 2. Circular No. 29/2023/Fin, dated 24-03-2023. 3. G.O.(Rt) No. 2927/2025/RD, dated 30-12-2025. 4. Letter No. LR/6238/2021-LR(C5) dated 30-04-2026 from the Land Revenue Commissioner. Order: Government had issued orders as per reference (3) granting extension of tenure for 15 and 16 posts in Special Tahsildar (LA) Railway Kayamkulam and Kottayam units respectively from 01/06/2025 to 31/03/2026. 2. The Land Revenue Commissioner requested an extension of tenure for one year for the 15 posts in the Special Tahsildar (LA) Railway Kayamkulam unit from 01/04/2026. The Commissioner informed that the Railway has remitted the establishment charges arrears up to 31/08/2025 amounting to Rs. 1,30,68,517/- and requested extension for one year from 01-12-2025 to 30-11-2026. 3. The Government examined the matter in detail. Considering the recommendation of the Land Revenue Commissioner, the Government hereby grants extension of tenure for the 15 posts listed below in the Special Tahsildar (LA) Railway Kayamkulam unit from 01/04/2026 to 30/11/2026. 4. The Land Revenue Commissioner shall take necessary steps to instruct the Railway to urgently remit the establishment arrears from 01-09-2025.
