Order
1. Government had issued orders as per reference (3) granting continuation sanction for one year from 26/06/2025 for 21 posts in the Special Tahsildar (L.A.) Railway Unit No. 1, formed in connection with land acquisition for the Nemom railway line doubling.
2. The Land Revenue Commissioner, as per the letter in the reference, requested to grant continuation sanction for one more year from 26/06/2026 for the 21 posts in the Special Tahsildar (L.A.) Railway Unit No. 1.
3. The Government examined the matter in detail. Based on the Government Order in reference (1) and the Circular in reference (2), and subject to the condition that such appointments must be cancelled as they are not permissible under the job regularization rules, sanction is hereby accorded for the continuation of the following 21 posts in the Special Tahsildar (L.A.) Railway Unit No. 1 for one year from 26/06/2026.

5. The Land Revenue Commissioner shall take timely action to ensure the Railway Department pays the establishment charges from 01/04/2026.
