Submission and leave application of Shri. Ebi Chacko dated 27.09.2025 4. Letter No. SLTY/4050/2024-E4 dated 26.03.2026 from the Director of State Lotteries Order Shri. Ebi Chacko (Pen: 810338), Office Attendant in the State Lotteries Department, was granted Hospital Leave from 06.07.2024 to 01.04.2025 and 02.04.2025 to 30.06.2025 respectively, as per references (1) and (2). 2. Shri. Ebi Chacko submitted an application (Ref 3) requesting an extension of Hospital Leave for 90 days from 01.07.2025 to 28.09.2025 due to the severity of his injury, and subsequently for 112 days from 29.09.2025 to 18.01.2026 for follow-up treatment after surgery. The Director of State Lotteries forwarded this application with recommendations (Ref 4), along with a medical certificate stating that he requires rest for post-surgical care. 3. The Government has examined the matter in detail. Hospital Leave is hereby granted to Shri. Ebi Chacko, Office Attendant, State Lotteries Department, in continuation of the leave granted earlier, for the period from 01.07.2025 to 18.01.2026, subject to the provisions of Kerala Service Rules Part I, Rules 103 and 104. 4. As per KSR Part I Rule 104, he shall be eligible for leave salary as applicable during half-pay leave for the said period. (By order of the Governor) KABEER C A Under Secretary
