No Objection Certificate No. DCKSGD/3728/2026-A4 dated 11/06/2026 from the District Collector, Kasaragod. 5. Letter No. A/1303/25/KSFDRC dated 18/06/2026 from the Secretary, Kerala State Farmers' Debt Relief Commission. 6. Government Circular No. 42/2013/Fin dated 10/05/2013. Order Smt. Lakshmi Devi M, Clerk, Manjeshwaram Taluk Office, was appointed as Office Assistant in the Kerala State Farmers' Debt Relief Commission on deputation basis as per reference 1. Since her service was to end on 06/07/2026, she submitted a request as per reference 2 to extend the deputation for one more year from 07-07-2026. The Secretary, Kerala State Farmers' Debt Relief Commission, has submitted a recommendation to the Government as per reference 5, along with the No Objection Certificate from the Revenue Department. 2) The Government examined the matter in detail. The Government hereby orders the extension of the deputation period of Smt. Lakshmi Devi M (PEN No. 925084), Clerk, Manjeshwaram Taluk Office, as Office Assistant in the Kerala State Farmers' Debt Relief Commission for one more year (2nd time) from 07/07/2026, as per the provisions in KSR Part 1 Rule 144 and the circular mentioned in reference (6).
