WATER RESOURCES (ISWC) DEPARTMENT G.O.(Rt)No.643/2026/WRD Dated,Thiruvananthapuram, 14-08-2026 Read: 1 Letter No.ISW-CE/3/2025-AD2 dated 05/08/2025 from the Chief Engineer, Inter State Waters, Thiruvananthapuram 2 G.O.(Rt)No.829/2025/WRD dated 09-10-2025 3 Letter No.CE/IDRB/142941/24 dated 25/05/2026 from the Chief Engineer, Inter State Waters, Thiruvananthapuram ORDER As per the letter read as 1st paper above the Chief Engineer, Inter State Waters had requested to accord ex-post facto sanction for the to and fro air journey performed by Sri James Wilson, Advisor, ISW and himself to New Delhi on 28.07.2025 for having pre-discussion with the Senior Advocates and the Special Counsel for updating the status of various issues to be discussed in the Hon'ble Supreme Court and for preparing and filing the status report on behalf of State of Kerala along with an affidavit in Mullaperiyar case, OS No.3/2006. 2. Government have examined the matter in detail. As per the Government Order read as 2nd paper above, expost facto sanction was accorded for the to and fro air journey performed by Sri Priyesh R, Chief Engineer, Inter State Waters. In these circumstances, ex-post facto sanction is accorded for the air journey performed by Sri James Wilson, Retired Chief Engineer, KSEBL & Advisor, Inter State Waters from Thiruvananthapuram to New Delhi on 28.07.2025 and return to Thiruvananthapuram on 01.08.2025, for attending the pre-discussion with Senior Advocates and Special Counsel for preparation and filing of Status Report on behalf of State of Kerala along with an affidavit in OS 3 of 2006 regarding Mullaperiyar dam. 3.
