Letters No. LUB/24/2026-E dated 19.02.2026 and 12.03.2026 from the Commissioner of Land Use Order Consequent to the promotion of the Technical Assistant (GIS) in the Land Use Board to the post of Draftsman Grade-I, a vacancy has arisen in the said post (31100-66800). The Commissioner of Land Use, vide reference (2), has requested to appoint Smt. Devika T.G., currently working as Surveyor Grade II (31100-66800) at the office of the Special Tahsildar, LA (NH) No. 2, Alappuzha, in the Survey and Land Records Department, to the vacant post of Technical Assistant (GIS) in the Land Use Board on deputation basis for a period of one year, based on the recommendation of the Head of Department. 2. The Government have examined the matter in detail. Smt. Devika T.G., Surveyor Grade II, Office of the Special Tahsildar, LA (NH) No. 2, Alappuzha, Survey and Land Records Department, is hereby appointed as Technical Assistant (GIS) in the Land Use Board against the existing vacancy on deputation basis, subject to existing deputation rules and the provisions of the circular in reference (1), for a period of one year or until a new appointment is made through the PSC, whichever is earlier.
