NOC letter No. LSGD/PD/16327/2026-DEC4 dated 29.05.2026 from the Principal Director, Local Self Government Department. 6. Letter No. 4605/E1/25/SCPWD dated 23.06.2026 from the State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities. Order The State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities had submitted applications to the Government for filling a vacant Clerk post in the Commissionerate on deputation basis. Following a press advertisement, 11 applications were received, and 9 candidates participated in the interview held on 10.06.2026. Based on the rank list prepared considering the merit and service experience of the candidates, the Commissioner requested to appoint a suitable person. 2. The Government examined the matter in detail. Sri. Aravind V., Clerk, Irimbiliyam Grama Panchayat, Malappuram District, who is the first rank holder in the said rank list, is hereby permitted to be on deputation to the vacant post of Clerk at the State Commissionerate for Persons with Disabilities for a period of one year, subject to existing deputation rules and KSR provisions.
