Order The Secretary, TRIDA, as per reference 4, has requested to sanction the award amount of Rs. 22,21,358/- (Rupees Twenty-two lakhs twenty-one thousand three hundred and fifty-eight only) passed by the District Collector, Thiruvananthapuram, based on the judgment in LR 361/2009, for the land acquired in Kadakampally village, Thiruvananthapuram Taluk under LAC 418/2007 for the development of G.G. Hospital - Kumarapuram - Puthi - Venpalavattom NH Bypass road, as per the application submitted by Smt. S. Prabhavathi and others under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act 1894. 2. The Government have examined the matter in detail. Administrative sanction is hereby granted for the payment of Rs. 22,21,358/- (Rupees Twenty-two lakhs twenty-one thousand three hundred and fifty-eight only) to Smt. Prabhavathi (D/o Sharada, Prabhavilasam, TC 79/2506, Varyavilakam, Venpalavattom, Kadakampally Village, Thiruvananthapuram), Shri. D. Prabhakaran, Smt. S. Sukumari, and Shri. D. Sukumaran, as per the award passed by the District Collector under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act 1894, in connection with the acquisition of 0.50 Are of land in Survey No. 153/22 in Kadakampally village, Thiruvananthapuram Taluk for the development of G.G.
