Government of Kerala. Co-operation (D) Department. G.O.(Ms) No.13/2026/Co-Op dated Thiruvananthapuram, 15-03-2026. Co-operation Department - Cooperative Academy of Professional Education (CAPE) - Order issued revising the salary of permanent non-teaching staff. Reference: 1. G.O.(Ms) No.33/2017/Co-op dated 02.09.2017. 2. G.O.(P) No.27/2021/Fin dated 10.02.2021. 3. Letters No. CAPEHO/182/2021-A(E2) 1550 dated 19.04.2025 and 25.07.2025 from the Director of CAPE. Order: As per the order in reference (1), the 10th pay revision for permanent non-teaching staff under the Cooperative Academy of Professional Education (CAPE) was implemented with effect from 01/01/2016. Subsequently, as per the order in reference (2), a proposal to revise the salary and allowances of non-teaching staff in CAPE from 01/01/2021, in line with the pay revision granted to State Government employees, was submitted by the Director of CAPE as per reference (3). The Government has examined this matter in detail. The Government hereby issues orders granting the 11th pay revision with effect from 01.01.2021 to the permanent non-teaching staff of CAPE, based on the conditions mentioned below, by including only the posts sanctioned under the 10th pay revision and those created in accordance with government orders, while excluding posts created without proper procedure.
