LAW (INSPECTION B) DEPARTMENT G.O.(Ms)No.67/2026/LAW Dated, Thiruvananthapuram, 12-06-2026 Read:- 1. G.O. (P) No.11/78/Law dated 25-01-78. 2. G.O.(Ms)No. 51/2026/LAW dated 21.05.2026 3. Letter No.HCKL/5067/2026-DI-8-HC KERALA dated 12.06.2026 of the Registrar General, High Court of Kerala. ORDER As per the Government Order read as the 2nd paper above, the Government accepted the resignation of Sri. T. A. Shaji from the post of State Public Prosecutor. Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and in consultation with the High Court of Kerala, the Government of Kerala hereby appoint Sri. T. Asaf Ali, C1/407, K.G.L. Marina Majestic, Gosree Bridge Road, Ernakulam, Kochi- 682 018 as State Public Prosecutor in the High Court of Kerala for a period of three years, from the date of assuming the charge for conducting any prosecution, appeal or other proceedings on behalf of the State Government.
