(Rt) No. 136/2025/F&CS dated 09/05/2025 3. Letter No. KSCSC/441/2024-D27(DISP) dated 18/02/2026 from the Managing Director, Supplyco. Order Permission was granted to the Managing Director vide reference (2) to write off the liability of Rs. 1,80,105.15 (One lakh eighty thousand one hundred and five rupees) of late Abdul Shukkoor, who was an Assistant OIC at Manjapra Maveli Store under Supplyco Perumbavoor Depot during the period 1996-2000. However, the Managing Director has requested special permission to write off the said amount as the Head of Department only has the authority to write off up to Rs. 1,00,000/- in a case, and the current liability amount of Rs. 1,80,105.15 exceeds the authority limit of the Head of Department. 2. The Government examined the matter. The paragraph in the Government Order (2) stating "....permission is granted to the Managing Director, Supplyco to write off the liability amount of Rs. 1,80,105.15 (One lakh eighty thousand one hundred and five rupees) of the person, subject to the conditions in Government Order (1)" is amended to read as "....special permission is granted to write off the liability amount of Rs. 1,80,105.15 (One lakh eighty thousand one hundred and five rupees) of the person, subject to the conditions in Government Order (1)". 3.
