Summary: Public Procurement Advisory Department - Permission granted to amend the Kerala Stores Purchase Manual and Kerala Financial Code by adopting best practices in public procurement at the national level and the General Financial Rules and guidelines issued by the Expenditure Department of the Central Government - Order issued. Public Procurement Advisory (A) Department. G.O.(P) No.3/2026/PPAD. Dated, Thiruvananthapuram, 18-06-2026. Order: Permission is granted to amend the Stores Purchase Manual and Kerala Financial Code in a timely manner by adopting best practices in public procurement at the national level and the General Financial Rules and guidelines issued by the Expenditure Department of the Central Government. An order is also issued forming a Cabinet Sub-Committee comprising the Ministers of Public Works, Tourism-Cultural Affairs, Information Technology, Higher Education, and Water Resources-Housing to oversee the steps to update the Stores Purchase Manual and Kerala Financial Code by adopting the said guidelines.
