ORDER As per letter read as 1st paper above, mother sanction for Rs.30 crore has been allocated form Government of India for the financial year 2026-27 for development of fisheries in the State under the PMMSY scheme to the PMMSY account linked to KL-237 which is shared in 60: 40 funding pattern. 2. The Director of Fisheries, as per letter read as 2nd paper above, has informed that since the central fund of Rs.30 crore is allotted, the corresponding state share will be Rs.20 crore, thus total an amount of Rs.50 crore needs to be sanctioned for the time bound and smooth implementation of the project under PMMSY SLS-237. Hence requested to accord sanction for the utilization of Rs. 50 crore for the implementation of the PMMSY scheme through SNA SPARSH 3. As per G.O. read as 3rd paper above, Government have accorded sanction for the Re-appropriation of a sum of Rs.27,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Seven Crore Only) which includes Rs.12,00,00,000/- from the head of account 2405-00-103-77-01(P) to 2405-00-103-77-02(P)and Rs.15,00,00,000 from the head of account 4405-00-104-36-01(P) to 4405-00-104-36-02(P) 4. As per G.O. read as 4th paper above, Government have accorded sanction for the Additional authorisation for an amount of Rs.5,00,00,000/- (Rupees Five Crore Only) under the head of account 2405-00-103-77-02-(P) 5. In these circumstances, Administrative Sanction is hereby accorded for the utilisation of an amount of Rs.50 crore (Rupees Fifty Crore Only) from the above Heads of Account, for the implementation of the PMMSY scheme through SNA SPARSH. 6. The Director of Fisheries shall take timely steps to regularise this additional expenditure through Re-appropriation of Savings only within the Grant before the close of the current financial year.
