Government of Kerala, Abstract, Housing Department - Annual Plan 2026-27 - Kerala State Nirmithi Kendra - Administrative sanction for projects - Order issued. Housing (A) Department, G.O.(Rt)No.34/2026/HSG, Dated, Thiruvananthapuram, 05-10-2026. Reference: 1. Letter No. KESNIK/689/2025-OVSR2(TECH) dated 01.08.2026 from the Director, Kerala State Nirmithi Kendra. 2. Decision of the Departmental Working Group meeting held on 18.08.2026. Order: In the 2026-27 State Budget, an amount of Rs. 1.60 crore has been allocated under the head 4216-80-190-95 for the activities of Kerala State Nirmithi Kendra. 1. Establishment of new testing lab and production unit, renovation of existing testing lab and production units/pre-fab production units. 2. Development of self-sustainable and integrated housing project. 3. Establishment of 3D printing production unit. 2. The Director, Kerala State Nirmithi Kendra, provided the details of the project proposals for the financial year 2026-27 as per reference (1) and requested administrative sanction to carry out the activities by utilizing the allocated amount. The Departmental Working Group meeting held on 18.08.2026 discussed the project proposals in detail and decided to grant administrative sanction for two projects with conditions as per reference (2). 4. In the above circumstances, for the financial year 2026-27, out of the Rs. 1.60 crore allocated under the head 4216-80-190-95, administrative sanction is hereby accorded to implement two projects of the Kerala State Nirmithi Kendra by utilizing Rs. 1.10 crore, subject to existing general conditions and the conditions mentioned below.
