Government of Kerala. Housing Department - Annual Plan 2026-27 - Kerala State Housing Board - 'Training Plan and Office Automation' Project - Administrative Sanction Issued. Housing (A) Department. G.O.(Rt) No.27/2026/HSG dated Thiruvananthapuram, 30-09-2026. Reference: 1. Letter No. KSHB-HO/230/2026-SM dated 17.08.2026 from the Secretary, Kerala State Housing Board. 2. Minutes of the Departmental Working Group meeting held on 18.08.2026. Order: In the 2026-27 financial year budget, 200 lakhs have been allocated under the head 2216-80-103-99(38) for the implementation of the training project for the employees of the Kerala State Housing Board. The Secretary of the Housing Board, as per reference (1), submitted a project proposal worth 200 lakhs (Training Plan and Office Automation) including various training programs for employees, renovation of the head office building, and IT infrastructure development, utilizing the 2026-27 financial year plan allocation. The Working Group meeting held on 18.08.2026 discussed the proposal in detail and granted approval as per reference (2) to provide administrative sanction for the project with conditions. Accordingly, administrative sanction is hereby issued for the implementation of the 'Training Plan and Office Automation' project of the Kerala State Housing Board for the financial year 2026-27, utilizing 2,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crore only) from the head 2216-80-103-99(38), subject to the conditions listed below.
