Letter No. No:FIREHQ/1467/2026-F1 dated 19.08.2026 of the Director General, Kerala Fire & Rescue Services. 2. Minutes of the Working Group meeting held on 16.09.2026 ORDER An amount of Rs.2,429.98 Lakh (Rupees Twenty four crore Twenty nine lakh Ninety eight Thousand only) has been allocated for the Financial Year 2026-27 under the Head of Account "4059-60-051-85-00 - Fire Prevention & Protection" for the construction of new Fire Station buildings and quarters in the Fire and Rescue Services Department. The Director General, Kerala Fire & Rescue Services, as per the letter read as 1st above, has furnished a comprehensive proposal for sanctioning an amount of Rs.2,429 lakh in the Budget Estimates for the year 2026-27 under the Head of Account "4059-60-051-85-00 - Fire Prevention & Protection" for the construction of the 10 Fire Station Buildings listed below for an amount of Rs. 2,429 lakh. The expenditure in this regard shall be met from the budget provision for the current Financial Year available under the head of account "4059-60-051-85-00 - Fire Prevention & Protection". The implementing as well as the monitoring officer of the works will be the Director General, Fire & Rescue Services and the works have to be completed during the Financial Year 2026-27 itself.
